Win My mother stayed at Windsor El Camino for two weeks in February and I can only say WOW! The staff was very kind and attentive. She had a fall at home and needed therapy to recover and get back home. The CNA’s, especially Alice and Ophelia, were the best! They treated my mother as if she were their own. The rehab was great and overall my Mom’s stay was exceptional! If we ever need skilled nursing again we will without a doubt choose Windsor!

While my mother was at Windsor, I only saw her taken good care of. Her nurses came whenever she needed them. Once, I had to take her for a doctor appointment, and they called looking for her when we were late returning. They are definitely on top of her care.

My “favorite moments” were observing the care and compassion given to all clients…particularly with some very difficult people. Good cooperation with all staff members. I enjoyed the singing and “upbeat” humor of the staff. Thanks,

Dear Friends at Windsor El Camino Care Center; You were wonderful to give my dear friend, Lois Ramsey loving care right to the end of her precious life. As a nurse who worked in your facility a few years back, I felt very proud of the fine job you do in loving and caring for your patients. I will certainly be telling all I know about your services.Special thanks to all the nursing staff on Hall 5 who took care of Lois. Then there was Jonathon and Kim in the business office who were so kind to help me, and Laurie in the front office, and many more I can’t remember all the names. The Hospice care too. And thank you for the beautiful flowers you sent me.God bless you all,
Steph Steph

Dear wonderful folks; My wife and I would like to express our deep gratitude for all the love and care that you showed to our mother, Caryl Dahlen. We know that she could be very difficult at times, but you were very compassionate and caring.. You were very attentive to what was best for her and went to great lengths to attend to her desires. Some of you have become friends over the past two years and we will miss seeing you on those Wednesdays and Saturdays. Everything you did, from the intake process to the proper CNA’s, showed us that you did more than just your jobs; you showed you really cared about the person and not just the patient. Phyllis and I feel very indebted to you for all that you have done and we hope this letter will encourage you to keep up the good work of caring for those who cannot care for themselves. We will never forget some of the people that showed a tremendous work ethic and a great example of what is good about our health care system. We are thankful that she was allowed to pass with dignity and surrounded by the people that had cared for her and learned to love her. We will try to come by every now and then to say “hi” and thank you for everything. Please continue to keep doing what you did for our mom, and we believe you will receive many blessings from God.Eternally Grateful,

My family and I want to thank you all for the wonderful care you gave to my husband for the last two weeks of his life. You were very attentive to his needs and concerned for his lack of appetite. He was kept clean and treated with respect and dignity. He enjoyed visiting with the therapists and his caretakers. We are so grateful for that. Thank you so much.
